The limit for a single transaction is 20,000 USD/EUR/GBP. If you plan to make a transaction exceeding this limit, please contact our support team via chat one business day before the planned transaction. We will update the necessary limits and ensure your transaction is processed successfully.
Fees Explained
Minimum Transaction - transaction is less than 30 EUR.
Decline - insufficient funds on the card balance.
Credit Limit - insufficient funds on Cards Account.
Blocked Card - the transaction is rejected because a user blocked a card.
There are no additional fees for transactions above 30 EUR.
Fees for rejected transactions are displayed in the Cards Transactions > Accounts tab.
