How do I close my Individual Spendge account and withdraw money?

Step 1

Block all cards. When blocked, the money from the cards will automatically go to the Cards Account.

You can block all active cards at the same time.

To do this, use a Filter. In the Status field, select Active. Click Block Filtered. The number of cards that will be blocked is indicated in parentheses.

Step 2

Transfer all funds from your Cards Account to a Fiat Wallet of the appropriate currency.

Go to Wallets > Cards Accounts > Transfer, select Source: Card Balance, Destination: Fiat Wallet, and enter the transfer amount.

The commission for transfer from Cards Account to Fiat Wallet is 0.5%.

Important: Make sure that the balance on Cards Accounts and Balance on Cards is 0. The money is only on Fiat Wallet.

Step 3

Withdrawal to Crypto Wallet

1. First, transfer money to the balance of Crypto Wallet USDT-TRC20 - an internal crypto wallet.

2. Then transfer money from this balance to the External Wallet.

3. After filling out the withdrawal request, click Create Request. The request will appear in the Transactions tab, where you can monitor its status. Read more about the Transactions tab in our article.

4. When the request is complete, it will move to Success status.

Commission for withdrawal from Crypto Wallet USDT-TRC20 is 2 USDT+0.3%. The money will be credited to your wallet, including the commission.

Withdrawal via Wire/Sepa

Withdrawal is available from Fiat Wallet and Crypto Wallet USDT-TRC20.

The process is the same for both options:

1. Fill out the request and click Create Request.

2. The request will appear in the Transactions tab, where you can monitor its status. More information about the Transactions tab in our article.

3. When the request is complete, it will be set to Success.

Commission for withdrawal from Fiat Wallet via Wire/Sepa is 0.5%.

Commission for withdrawal from Crypto Wallet via Wire/Sepa - 1.5%.
