How to create a crypto-invoice to replenish your balance in Spendge?


Crypto-invoices creation function is available in your account now.

It will allow you to create and manage crypto-invoices that can be transferred to a third party to top up your Spendge balance.

All funds transferred by this invoice will be credited to your account minus standard Spendge fees.

You can find the Invoices section in the side menu.

The Invoices page contains a table with issued invoices details and invoices management elements:

  • INVOICE # - invoice number

  • DATE - date

  • STATUS - invoice status

    • Paid

    • Waiting - waiting for payment

    • Canceled - canceled by issuer

  • PAYER

  • AMOUNT

  • CURRENCY - currency and crypto-network

  • ACCOUNT - your balance that will be replenished

  • ACTIONS - possible actions

To create an invoice, click the button - New invoice.

In the next step, you will need to fill in the following fields:

  • COMPANY NAME - the name of the issuer

  • PAYER NAME

  • INVOICE NUMBER

  • DATE - the date of the invoice payment link activeness. The link is active 48 hours from the invoice date.

  • ACCOUNT - the currency of your balance in Spendge to be replenished (USD, EUR, GBP)

  • CRYPTO CURRENCY - payment currency and crypto network (TRC20, ERC20)

  • AMOUNT - payment amount (at least 50 USDT)

  • COMMENT - a comment for the payer

A new invoice will be added to the general table.

Possible actions:

  • Copy the link to the invoice - which can be sent to the partner for payment

  • View invoice details

  • Cancel Invoice

The payer can use the QR code or copy the wallet address.

The link to the invoice is active for 48 hours from the date and time specified during the invoice creation.
