How to create a deposit request?

Team member account

A team member can create a request for an administrator:

  • Replenishment

  • Adding slots for issuing new cards

Step 1

Go to the Requests > Requests tab. Click Create Request.

Step 2

Select request type:

  • Expand Card Numbers - add the number of slots for the possibility of issuing new cards.

  • Top Up Balance - replenish the balance by the specified amount.

Click Next.

Step 3

Enter the number of slots or the amount you want to receive from the team admin.

Enter a comment for the request. Click Create.

The request will appear with the administrator’s account in the Requests tab. After the request is considered by the administrator, the corresponding status will be displayed opposite the request:

  • New - new requests not processed by the administrator

  • Approved - the request has been completed, and the funds will be displayed on the balance of the team member

  • Declined - the request has been declined by the team administrator

  • Declined (insufficient funds) - the status is displayed if the administrator has approved the team member's request, but there are not enough funds on the administrator's balance to transfer the team member.

Click Review Request, to view the details of the request, if you want to withdraw the request, click Cancel Request.
