How to top up your Spendge account
Transfer Master is a convenient feature that makes it quick and easy to top up your account, as well as transfer money between accounts. For details on the structure of balances in Spendge, see our article.
The Transfer Master section is located on the right side menu > Transfer Master button, and in the left side menu > Top Up button. You will see the available options for transferring money between accounts.
Navigating to transfer money between accounts
From:
Source - select the source from which you want to send money.
Amount You Send - enter the amount you want to transfer.
To:
Destination - select the balance to which you want to make the transfer.
Amount You Get - the amount you will receive after commissions and currency conversions are taken into account. Enter the desired final amount and the second field will calculate automatically.
After filling in the fields, you will see the total information about the transaction, including the decryption of commissions.
You Send - the amount you want to transfer.
From - the account from which the money will be sent.
Rate - the rate at which the conversion will be performed (in case of transferring funds between currencies).
Exchange rate duration - the current currency conversion rate will be fixed for 3 minutes. You can update the rate by pressing the Reload Summary button.
Total Fee - the total amount of fees for funds transfer. In the tooltip, you can find the description of all commissions.
You Get - the amount you will receive after the transfer.
To - the account to which you will receive the money.
Please note: You can fund your Cards Accounts directly via External Wallets or Crypto Wallets. Read about transfer fees in the tooltip and also in our article about fees in Spendge.
Transactions between accounts
Below is a description of all available transactions between accounts.
Withdrawal from Spendge account
Withdrawal to Crypto Wallet
First, transfer money to the balance of Crypto Wallet USDT-TRC20 - an internal crypto wallet.
Then transfer money from this balance to the External Wallet.
After filling out the withdrawal request, click Create Request. The request will appear in the Transactions tab, where you can monitor its status. Read more about the Transactions tab in our article.
When the request is complete, it will move to Success status.
Commission for withdrawal from Crypto Wallet USDT-TRC20 is 2 USDT+0.3%. The money will be credited to your wallet including the commission.
Withdrawal via Wire/Sepa
Withdrawal is available from Fiat Wallet and Crypto Wallet USDT-TRC20.
The process is the same for both options:
Fill out the request and click Create Request.
The request will appear in the Transactions tab, where you can monitor its status. More information about the Transactions tab in our article.
When the request is complete, it will be set to Success.
Commission for withdrawal from Fiat Wallet via Wire/Sepa is 0.5%.
Commission for withdrawal from Crypto Wallet via Wire/Sepa - 1.5%.
History of Transactions and Transfers
Transactions tab: This tab displays the history of transactions between your Crypto Wallets and Fiat Wallets. Follow the link to see the Transactions tab in detail.
Cards Transactions > Accounts tab: This tab displays the transaction history associated with Card Accounts.
Cards Transactions > Cards tab: You can view the transaction history of your cards. A detailed description of this tab can be found in our article.
