The transaction fee will be deducted from the administrator's Cards Account, the transaction amount will be debited from the card balance in the team member's account.
How a commission is being charged if a team member issued a card with a User balance
The commission will be debited from the administrator's Cards Account, the transaction from the Account in the team member's account.
Commissions for monthly card maintenance, Decline transactions, and Credit Limit - transactions are charged from the team administrator's Cards Account balance regardless of the type of card balance type.
