The transaction fee will be deducted from Cards Account, and the transaction amount from the card balance.
How a commission is being charged if you issued a card with an Card Account Balance
Commission and transaction will be debited from the Cards Account.
Commissions for monthly card maintenance, Decline transactions, and Credit Limit - transactions are deducted from the Card Account balance, regardless of the type of card balance.
